  • Natural Swimming Pools (outdoor)

    • Webber Park (North Mpls) - small fee for lap swimmers, free for everyone else

  • Parks Rx America: tool for clinicians to integrate nature prescriptions into care plans

  • St. Paul Parks and Rec

    • ​Includes activities for youth through adults. Affordable (often sliding scale - free). Includes arts and crafts, sports, dance, yoga and languages learning opportunities.​

    • Most St. Paul Rec Centers include workout facilities and walking tracks. Membership fees are less than $100 for the year. 

  • Theodore Wirth Park (Minneapolis)

  • Wood Lake Nature Center (Richfield)

    • Includes low-cost cross-country skiing in winter, hiking trails and organized activities for ids and families throughout the year. ​
